Flights

The nearest commercial airport to Fort Collins is Denver International Airport DEN (and no, Dad, Fort-Love airport doesn’t count!).  DIA is a big airport with hubs for United, Frontier, and Southwest airlines, and has strong showings from most other airlines.

We recommend booking as soon as possible, as flights to Colorado can get more expensive as the summer season progresses.  Flight times for United, Frontier, and others can be checked on google.com/flights, but Southwest must be checked directly on their website.  This is often worthwhile as Southwest is often an excellent value-quality option.

Please be aware if you haven’t flown Frontier in awhile that they have reinvented themselves as a budget airline and does not offer the services you may expect in their base fare.

Rental Car

We recommend a rental car (it’s the best way to get around Colorado), but you can get by without one if you are only coming for wedding events.  Uber is active in the Longmont and Fort Collins areas, and we provide shuttle service for the wedding.  Your only challenge will be reaching the Turley house for the Sunday event, if you plan to attend.  To attend without a rental car, you’ll need to make the following transportation arrangements:

(1) Shuttle service is available from GreenRide or SuperShuttle from DIA to Longmont.
(2) Shuttle service will be provided from the Dry Creek/Hover St hotel area in Longmont to the venue, and other wedding events from Friday-Saturday will be within walking distance.
(3) You may wish to carpool with other guests if you are attending the Sunday event at the Turley’s – feel free to contact us if this is you.
